The Framework
During The 7-Day Life Reset, we will work with you step-by-step through our proprietary framework, “The Fulfillment Spheres™” that we designed specifically for busy executives like you. (more about the framework here)
Here is the structure we will cover over the 7 Days:
Day 1 - Self Intimacy
Day 2 - Your Inner Peace (Part 1: Physical Wellbeing & Spiritual Wellbeing)
Day 3 - Your Inner Peace (Part 2: Emotional Wellbeing & Cognitive Wellbeing)
Day 4 - Your Life Areas (Part 1: Your Habitat & Your Relationships)
Day 5 - Your Life Areas (Part 2: Your Professional Life& Your Financials)

The Time Commitment
One hour a day for 7 days (consecutive days or sparsed, up to you!) is all you need to make this transformation happen for you.
In each of the 7 days, you will spend around:
20-30 minutes watching a video walkthrough of one part of the framework, and
30 minutes reflecting on the topic of the day and applying your insights in the exercises inside the workbook we will provide you with.
The Workbook
The workbook of the 7-Day Life Reset is designed to accompany you throughout the workshop. It includes a carefully designed sequence of over 25 exercises backed by science and industry best practices. It will serve as a journal of reflections, goals, and actions – and will be the main artifact with which you walk out of this experience. You will treasure referring back to this workbook now and in the future.
BREAKDOWN OF THE 7 DAYS
Being intimate with yourself -Knowing exactly what you stand for, what really matters to you, what makes your soul sing, and what you’d like to be and have, is the foundation of fulfillment- Otherwise, what are you fulfilling, really?
On the first day of this workshop, our exercises will help you take down the curtains on what your soul needs and desires, peel off the layers of who you are (in absolute terms and to others), and examine how the things on your plate reflect (or not) your priorities.
At the end, we’ll guide you in assessing where you stand in the 10 key areas of your life …
DAY 1 | Self Intimacy
DAY 2 | Your Inner Peace (Part 1)
Are you giving your body what it needs to thrive? Are you tuned in to what makes you feel whole?
In Day 2 we will tackle the first two elements of your Inner peace:
Physical Wellbeing - We will go through the 5 action areas that every executive should work around for optimal physical performance.
Spiritual Wellbeing - We will take you through 3 concrete pillars that turn this area from a fluffy and vague concept to a clear and actionable map for your peace and performance.
DAY 3 | Your Inner Peace (Part 2)
On this day we are targeting the the second set of elements of your inner peace:
Emotional Wellbeing - If you suffer from irritability, chronic stress, or general unease in managing and expressing difficult emotions in your executive career this is the module you need to deconstruct where all that is coming from and pinpoint exactly what must be addressed for you to experience higher emotional resilience and satisfaction.
Cognitive Wellbeing - Brain fog, forgetfulness, difficulty thinking outside the box, and analysis paralysis? In this module we will help you work on 1)sharpening the quality of your thinking, and 2) managing the quantity of your cognitive load.
DAY 4 | Your Life Areas (Part 1)
On Day 4 we address the two factors that can make or break the quality of your life and as a result, your success and happiness:
Your Habitat - Do you genuinely like living in the country and city where you currently live? Is your home environment contributing to your wellbeing, happiness, and success? Are your personal spaces functional, calming, and supportive of your desired habits? We will guide you in a full reflection and assessment process so you can make the most impactful tweaks to your surroundings.
Your Relationships - We will help you take a full inventory of your key relationships, assess their quality, and make targeted decisions on where to invest more of your time and energy. In the end, we will go through a framework for assessing where you stand in 5 different categories of social skills that every executive needs in order to thrive.
DAY 5 | Your Life Areas (Part 2)
On Day 5 we work on the two last elements of the “Life Areas” sphere:
Your Professional Life - Whether you work in a big organization or run your own enterprise, here, you will get clarity on what you want out of your work life, and assess your situation in your current workplace and in the larger market, so you can evaluate what actions will positions you for more success and happiness.
Your Financials - Most executives have financial abundance, but are you one of the few who feel in control of their finances? Have you taken measures to secure financial stability for yourself and your loved ones? Are you spending on what really matters? In this section, we walk you through the Golden Triangle: Creating Wealth, Managing & Protecting Wealth, and Utilizing Wealth, so you can see how you are doing in this area.
DAY 6 | Your World Impact
What kind of legacy will you leave in this world? What area of social and/or environmental impact is most aligned with your values and life goals?
Using the UN’s SDG17 as a baseline for what the world most needs today, we’ll help you find the most impactful action you can take to start changing the world and creating your own legacy of impact.
We’ll also cover how you can tweak some of your everyday habits to make a small but sustainable impact every day of your life.
DAY 7 | Your Game Plan
This is where it all comes together…
Applying our innovative methed (inspired by a mix of change management frameworks and software development practices), you will be prompted to create a precise, fully personalized, and actionable game plan for the next quarter (or whatever timeframe works best for you)
Your Game Plan will be complete with an action backlog of the most impactful actions you can take to transform your life AND a fail-proof system to make sure change actually happens.
